Community Trust FC knocked out

Denniston started the game with early pressure and they were rewarded in 15 minutes when they took the lead.  Motherwell got back into the game and nearly equalised when Brian Totten hit the post from a Motherwell corner.  Denniston then scored twice to take a 3-0 half time lead.

In the second half both teams created chances but it was Denniston who scored, their fourth.  Substitute Jamie Foy came on for Motherwell and set up Kevin Totten to score.  Denniston piled on the pressure and scored two more goals.  David Tonner then scored a good header after some fine play from Jamie Foy.  Although the score doesn't reflect it,  Motherwell played well against a high flying Denniston team and will have their heads up going into next week's game.
