Ticket prices

Last updated : 10 October 2002 By Andrew Ross

Two weeks ago we visited East Fife on cup duties. This game was all ticket and normally I would be at any away match whether it be a league game or a cup. On that Tuesday that night I was considered to be an adult and was asked to pay full price despite being in full time education. How can the clubs justify this pricing scheme? They have discounts for students but no benefits to those over sixteen but not at college or university.

It only gets worse though. On our visit to Ibrox on October 19 there is no concession tickets available whatsoever, so everyone attending the match will have to pay the nineteen pounds entrance fee. Adding this on to transport costs and food inside the ground the price will be unacceptable.

From Outstanding To Abysmal To Unlucky

Well done....
What a difference a few weeks can make. What a change from the outstanding performance against Celtic to the disappointment of games against Hearts, Dunfermline and Aberdeen. The league cup win at East Fife and the point against Dundee have not been enough to stop the fans criticising the players.
