Mark McGhee's training regime was credited with giving Motherwell a flying start last season and the players will expect a hard time as the back room staff prepare them for the new season.
Keith Lasley is quoted on the official site saying "Pre-Season is a funny time though as you look forward to coming back but when you get there you wish you were back on the sun-lounger. But the hard work has to be done".
