The Rumour Mill Gets Up Steam

Already this week we have had tales of Hamilton on his way to Dunfermline and McDonald slapping in a transfer request and it's only Monday!

A report from the other side of the world quotes Skippy declaring that he's had enough and that he needs a new challenge. Our official site has a quote from John Boyle, "The club have not received any official transfer request from Scott McDonald. We genuinely hope that Scott will stay at Motherwell and see out the remainder of his contract with the club." No doubt it is still in the post.

Meanwhile the Forth 1 web site claims that Malpas told them that Hamilton is going nowhere following the revelation in the Record that Leishman wants Jimbo to lead them to glory next season.
