The Motherwell pack of thirty was lead through their paces with under the watchful eyes of the new management team. Foran and Hamilton lead the line as they followed the instructions of Paul Hegarty. They crisscrossed the pitches performing various stretching exercises on the way. Paul has a workout too
Only Corrigan and Kinniburgh were missing and there were no new faces on show. Scott McDonald was in place, no doubt hoping that a return to top scoring form will replace the unfortunate headlines of the close season.

It is a widely held belief that the effort invested in achieving a high level of fitness at this time of year is rewarded during the course of the season. The first friendly is still a fortnight away so plenty time remains for hard work and sweat. Stick in lads!
