Just to make things even more interesting, the nine players who have been made redundant are threatening to sue the club. Quite what they're planning to sue for is unknown - what John Boyle has done may be morally questionable, but appears to be totally legal.
A whinging prat
There is a lot of sympathy for the non-playing staff who have retained their dignity by not mouthing off in the press. It'd be nice to think that the new owner(s) will remember the service that these people have given us - they won't have been on big salaries.
That's in contrast to some of the players who are being told to find alternative employment. Andy Dow has been collecting a substantial wage for months despite being warned he wasn't in the clubs plans - if any 'Well fan feels sorry for him I'd be very surprised.
The administrator said today that no definite offers had been lodged but they should start coming in soon.
