Saturday's game will be the seventh for Motherwell in twenty two days and it looks as though we need a break. We haven't been at our best in recent outings and the manager has looked to the quality of the pitches, the weather and the lack of proper training as he tried to explain the dip in form. The manager freshened up the team during the second half at Pittodrie by introducing three substitutes. Murphy, Fitzpatrick and Darren Smith will be hoping that they did enough to impress and it could be that they get another chance on Saturday though it's likely that they'll have to come from the bench again.
The latest addition to the squad is still likely to be short on fitness and will probably appear only if we have a comfortable lead late in the game.
