Motherwell v Dundee Postponed

The early call off will prevent any repetition of the embarrassment caused by Wednesday's late decision and the financial penalty to the club will be minimised. Nevertheless, it is another disappointment.
Our catalogue of pitch related postponements now totals three inside a week. Last Saturday's game against Inverness and the Celtic match on Wednesday joining today's decision. In addition, our tenants have had to move a cup tie to Palmerston.
We need to remember that other 'top flight' grounds have suffered recently. Games at Love Street, Ibrox, Easter Road and Tynecastle have also fallen foul of the heavy rain which has soaked the central belt in January.
McCormack and Reynolds are due to fly to Portugal on Monday to take part in an U21 tournament with the national team. Craigan is in the Northern Ireland squad to face Bulgaria on Wednesday 6th. No doubt we'll withdraw them from the squads only to find that the rescheduled tie on Tuesday also falls to the weather!
