Motherwell unveiled this season's home and away tops on Friday afternoon. Both have a classic feel about them and have generally been welcomed by first responders. The home kit will be available from July 4.

The home shirt has a traditional feel, amber with the claret band containing the BetPark logo. Our new shirt sponsor was revealed earlier this week. The strip is completed with white shorts and claret and amber socks. One innovation is the inclusion of our founding year, 1886, displayed behind the club crest.
There is no badge on the claret away shirt instead the MFC script of the Willie Pettigrew era is prominent. Claret shorts and amber socks complete the presentation.
First reactions on twitter include, “Loving the away strip” @alanstruthers4 and “great touch that” @rickoza presumably referring to the 1886 addition.
Pre-orders can be placed at the Well Shop from Monday 26 June and the home strip is promised for 4 July while the release date for the away strip has yet to be confirmed.
The strips will get their first outing on June 30 when Motherwell visit Crusaders in Belfast.
