Credit has to go to dossers who led most of the way but just came up short with a score of 190. Over the last few weeks the biggest battle has been for third and megastar just held on to that with a score of 183.
Over the season nine loyal souls have predicted the outcome of every match. Amazingly Tweed managed to predict the winning team more often than anyone else with 28. The tournament winner Murff called the Motherwell score most often, rumours he predicted Motherwell 0 every week are unfounded.
While Murff knew the capabilities of our attack, the tournament runner up was the best at calling what was likely to happen with our defence. Finally it was EddieSteelman who had the knowledge of who was going to put the ball in the pokey most often with an impressive 50 correct scorers (6 ahead of the rest).
Thanks to all for participating and thanks to Tweed for his efforts over several years. We are now looking for a new organiser – anyone interested should contact john at firparkcorner.com for details.
The final table is here.
